I just saw this on Bloomberg.com, anyways Russian President Medvedev reveals a (possible) prototype coin for a world currency.
This just happened at the G-8 summit where there is active and open talk for a "world currency" which means the dollar is dumped and demonotized in the process (what was I saying in all these other posts???!! Well anyways...), which means you and everyone else looses everything.
Now I have a very interesting take on this event--and it is a propaganda event no doubt. The Russians are completely away of the growing dissent (sp?) and discord among conservatives and conservatives of faith in this country. They are aware of a growing secession movement and chatter. They are aware of all the rampant gun/ammo purchasing and survivalist sentiment that is growing by leaps and bounds...
I think this event by Medvedev is possibly directly designed to "feed" into all this anti-government sentiment. To propell it. To further the agenda which is to break the strangle hold of the Fed bank and the power it exercises over the US government. If effect help the USA break apart without firing a shot like we did to them back in the 80's.
Now this coin reveal is just a stunt--he gave these out as samples to all in attendance at the G-8 summit.
These coins are not official and no official movement has been made towards an offical world currency--but the will and movement is in this direction.
Anyways, this is a powerful message being sent.
Also maybe, just maybe this is a good thing?!
Could it be that they are actually trying to help people like us?!
This is a wild theory.
Anyways here's the story with photos for those who will not believe direct from Bloomberg.com....

Medvedev Shows Off Sample Coin of New ‘World Currency’ at G-8
By Lyubov Pronina
July 10 (Bloomberg) -- Russian President Dmitry Medvedev illustrated his call for a supranational currency to replace the dollar by pulling from his pocket a sample coin of a “united future world currency.”
“Here it is,” Medvedev told reporters today in L’Aquila, Italy, after a summit of the Group of Eight nations. “You can see it and touch it.”
The coin, which bears the words “unity in diversity,” was minted in Belgium and presented to the heads of G-8 delegations, Medvedev said.
The question of a supranational currency “concerns everyone now, even the mints,” Medvedev said. The test coin “means they’re getting ready. I think it’s a good sign that we understand how interdependent we are.”
Medvedev has repeatedly called for creating a mix of regional reserve currencies as part of the drive to address the global financial crisis, while questioning the U.S. dollar’s future as a global reserve currency. Russia’s proposals for the G-20 meeting in London in April included the creation of a supranational currency.
